I am trained and qualified to teach Mindfulness in Secondary Schools.
I adhere to the codes of ethics of the above organisations, working to the highest standards of confidentiality and professional practice.
Previous roles include working in a large counselling clinic in London and supporting families, the homeless and those with addiction and mental health problems in the voluntary sector.
In my previous career I worked as a physiotherapist in the NHS and therefore have a special interest and understanding of both acute and chronic physical health problems; respecting the close relationship of body and mind.
